It was during a technical seminar on drone architecture at JNTU Kakinada that Lokesh Popuri — then a young engineer — looked at the projected cutaway of an unmanned aircraft and had a thought that would change everything: "Why is there no one in Andhra Pradesh who can sell you a drone, supply genuine spare parts, fix it when it breaks, and train you to fly it — all in one place?"
That question became Lakshya Aerotech.

The Problem He Set Out to Solve
When Lokesh surveyed the market, he found a fragmented landscape. Farmers bought agri drones from one vendor, sourced Hobbywing motors elsewhere, hunted for genuine propellers from a third supplier, and travelled to another city for repairs. There was no single, trusted partner.

He stocked them, tested them, and built relationships with top OEM suppliers to ensure every part sold at Lakshya Aerotech is 100% genuine. Today the store serves farmers, businesses, research institutions, and defence contractors across 20+ states.
